Groovy, Baby.  Literally.  Fuzzy flowers and polka-dots on white tulle overlap a solid aqua lining of cotton.  In case you're unaware of the "bubble" style, think about how many times an infant girl gets passed from one adult to another at a gathering.  Now, think about how many times their dress gets bunched up in the process revealing cartoon characters on her diaper.  The bubble has elasic around the legs to keep it in place while hanging out perched on the hip of an adult, or crawling around on her own.  And no Elmo staring back at ya.
