This is one of the most spectacular garments we've had so far this year.  Truly a showstopper.  But aside from it's apparent beauty, there's ingenious design underneath.  Scoop Kids attached an ivory camisole to match the see-through lace.  It attaches to the dress across the top of the torso, hanging down to the hem.  The resulting exposure of skin color on the arms and around the neck - especially for medium to dark skin tones - makes this piece nothing short of exceptional.  As with all Scoop NYC garments, this is a narrow fit and is only made in even sizes.
