Two decades ago, California designer Isabel Garreton launched her girls clothing collection with the hopes that she could provide work opportunities for underpriviledged women - many of whom had skills that were simply vanishing. That original group of 21 Chilean women now numbers over 100, all of whom can now work in an environment that is professional, stable, and sustainable. Bravo, Isabel!
